Martin Puryear (born May 23, 1941) is an American artist known for his devotion to traditional craft. Working in wood and bronze, among other media, his reductive technique and meditative approach challenge the physical and poetic boundaries of his materials. The artist has been selected to represent the United States at the 2019 Venice Biennale[2]. Elbert Green Hubbard (June 19, 1856 – May 7, 1915) was an American writer, publisher, artist, and philosopher. Little Journeys to the Homes of the Great, Memorial Edition, 14-Volume Set, 1916. The Memorial Edition in Fourteen Volumes of Elbert Hubbard’s Little Journeys to the Homes of the Great Has been specially prepared by the Roycrofters in their shops, which are in East Aurora, Erie County, New York, for Effie F. Meyer.
